Well well if it isn't my favorite shade of blue #MEGAMIND AKA MR EVIL-OVER-LORD sketches done by me definitely enjoyed drawing this "Incredibly handsome criminal genius and master of all villainy" used 3B and 7B for the pencil sketches as for the colored one i used watercolor pencils and Acrylic titanium white  hope you people of the internet like it
